For schools & trusts
Inclusion and SEND consultancy that schools can actually sustain.
Strengthening inclusive practice with systems that are realistic and sustainable. From someone who has run a school.
Six areas of support
Work usually begins with a conversation about what is already strong and what is proving difficult.
Inclusion audits
A whole-school review that identifies strengths and priorities, ending in practical planning rather than a document in a drawer. It looks across SEND provision, adaptive teaching, relational practice, behaviour, attendance, pupil voice and parent partnership.
SEND & inclusion strategy
Strategy, and the systems underneath it that decide whether it actually reaches children: provision mapping, the graduated response, identification and assessment, reasonable adjustments and how impact is monitored.
Leadership consultancy
School improvement and leadership support, including coaching, self-evaluation, implementation planning and preparation for external scrutiny.
Behaviour, regulation & relational practice
Moving from managing behaviour to understanding it, with strategies staff can use on Monday morning. Covers emotional regulation, developmental trauma, attachment-aware practice, ADHD and autism, executive functioning and rejection sensitivity.
Attendance & EBSA
Understanding the barriers behind non-attendance, without treating statutory duties and child-centred practice as opposites. Includes individualised support planning, reintegration and working effectively with families.
Training & professional development
Built around what your setting is actually facing, not an off-the-shelf package. Topics include SEND and inclusion, ADHD, autism, neurodiversity, emotional regulation, developmental trauma, EBSA and inclusive leadership.
Inclusion does not mean lowering expectations. It means understanding what a child needs in order to have a genuine opportunity to meet them.
